Disliked: The air-con wasn't working, so the room was quite cold until I received a small floor heater to use.

Liked: Great location in St.Kilda, close to Luna park and for walking the esplanade.
Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable.

Short stay but would stay...

Liked: The location was great. Close to eateries and Palais Theatre where we were attending a show. All these things were in walking distance. Didn't use but tram runs straight past the motel to the city if needed. The bed was comfortable, and room was warm. The shower was large and pressure excellent.
Disliked: The main criticism would be chairs to sit in. There was only one chair (desk) for 2 people, so it was either sit on bed or lie there. I would have liked a comfortable chair. Bathroom was small but ok.
