Liked: Great location, good food, nice personal. Definitely reccomend if you want to visit Museum Island and other Berlin sites.
Disliked: The bed was too soft for me and sauna didn't work but these were minor things for us.

Would stay again.

Liked: Breakfast. Nice big room. Quiet. Can walk everywhere. Staff friendly and happy to help.
Disliked: The pillows. Too big or too small.

Liked: The hotel was very convenient, our a few stops from Alexanderplatz. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean! The breakfast had a good range and staff were friendly.
Disliked: The pillows were very soft and not comfortable, another firmer pillow could be left in the room. We missed having a kettle available for making tea and coffee.

Liked: Good location for exploring Berlin. The room was much bigger than I thought it would be, very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I only wish there were the facilities to make a coffee in the room.

Pleasant stay

Liked: Nice room on high floor. Good breakfast with range of choices. Friendly staff and good service at breakfast.
Disliked: Our 8th floor room had a balcony but we couldn't use it because there were lots of weeds growing between the slabs and no chairs anyway. Very depressing view.The safe in our room didn't work - we were told several needed replacing but a notice on it would have been helpful.
