Pleasant stay

Liked: Nice room on high floor. Good breakfast with range of choices. Friendly staff and good service at breakfast.
Disliked: Our 8th floor room had a balcony but we couldn't use it because there were lots of weeds growing between the slabs and no chairs anyway. Very depressing view.The safe in our room didn't work - we were told several needed replacing but a notice on it would have been helpful.

Liked: The location is absolutely perfect!Station just across the street and walking distance to few main attractions.
Disliked: The toiletries are not the best selection and very poor quality if your hair requires more than shampoo/body wash I will suggest to take yours shampoo and conditioner and body lotion

Liked: A true gem in the heart of Berlin!I stayed at Cosmo Berlin Mitte during a business trip, and it was an absolute favorite. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and offer stunning views. The staff were exceptionally kind, discreet, and professional. It’s definitely my number one hotel in Berlin – highly recommended!
