Liked: Bar was nice and happening; pricing is steep, but that is Munich city for you. Staff is Forbes 5* :) Very personalized service- top notch!
Disliked: While the bathroom door look very stylish and Zen, they do not provide a noise barrier which can be a bit annoying when trying to sleep while your partner is taking a shower or getting ready.

Disliked: When checked in , got allocated room which was first floor overlooking the busy street. It took a little effort to get this changed but eventually changed room after one night. New room perfect

Great location and excellent breakfast...

Liked: Breakfast selection is amazing with such an incredible choice of sweet and savoury. And the coffee is excellent. We didn't have time to have hot cooked food but the cold buffet was very very good.The gentleman at check-in couldn't have been more helpful and charming. Our car was parked overnight for us (at a reasonable cost) and we were able to have breakfast in time for our very early departure. We were kindly given an upgrade to a Junior Suite in the newer (separate) part of the building.Great organic bedding (non-feather filled duvets just in case guests would prefer those) and decent sized bed and bathroom. Lovely REN toiletries and great power shower. Nice touch with a small bottle of home-made herbal syrup as a welcome. The location of the hotel is perfect, moments away from the main city square, shops, restaurants and bars; and wonderful to hear the church bells everywhere.
Disliked: Even though the location is perfect, it is definitely nearer the more touristy area so the noise levels from people enjoying themselves in the streets at night naturally drift upwards making it harder to get to sleep as we chose to keep the windows open.It would have been nice to have some sort of room slippers just to avoid walking around the room with dirty street shoes.

I would still stay again.

Liked: The staff was so amazing. The hotel was comfortable- a bit quirky and the double room was very small but my deluxe room was great.
Disliked: Room lay out quirky- but I guess that's the charm. The bathroom door was right near the bed and awkward. The gym had no AC :(
