Great stay in the center...

Liked: We enjoyed this hotel and we were happy that we were given a bigger room.The room was amazing with an impressive ceiling design.The location was perfect, short walking distance to almost all the main attractions in Florence.The breakfast was good and hotel had an outdoor terrace which was lovely in the morning and at night.We arrived by car and the nearby parking garage (Garage Giglio) is very convenient.

Liked: Great location, minutes of walking from duomo, and other major attractions. Room is very clean, renovated. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We were able to arrive...

Liked: Gracious and happy staff. Peaceful rest. Clean spaces and the delicious breakfast was eaten on their beautiful terrace.
Disliked: When we had to leave them and move on in our travels.

Last minute reservation that ended...

Liked: We were extremely fortunate to find this place after the AC wasn't working in our original accommodations and we had to quickly find another place for our 4-night stay. Exceeded our expectations. Super modern features. Comfortable. Elevator. Friendly staff. Excellent value for the money. Would ABSOLUTELY stay there again if we ever return to Florence. Great location as well. Close to the sites, and the train station.
Disliked: Nothing. It was a wonderful stay.
