Great value for money, excellent...

Liked: Checkin was very smooth; Staff were very helpful and responsiveLocation was great: very near California Ave- hub for restaurantsParking was convenient.
Disliked: There wasn't any kitchenette and utensils to do any self-cooking. It would help to have that for longer stays.

Excellent for Stanford Hospital stay...

Liked: Clean!! In the middle of town off popular street next to California Avenue. Little kitchenette with microwave and mini refrigerator- clean!
Disliked: If you want breakfast included, this is not the place.

Second stay here, good value...

Liked: Second time here. Stayed in a room with separate bedroom and living area both times, which is a comfortable space for 3 nights. Kitchenette is a useful and appreciated feature. Location can't be beat: very close to Stanford University campus and a 1-minute walk from California St, which is a mostly pedestrian stretch of road with *many* restaurants, from cafes to upscale dining, and lots of outdoor seating. Ice machine was broken when we arrived, but staff were very helpful getting me some ice from next door, and the machine was fixed quickly.
Disliked: It's somewhat noisy during the day due to traffic, and occasionally at night with the large parking/business access area behind the hotel (for all those great restaurants). Some of the furniture could use refurbishing but everything is functional.

Liked: Excellent location, near train station and on Stanford shuttle route, many shops and food options nearby, nice staff, big room, cofee provided :-)
Disliked: There was coffee machine and coffee provided but no coffee cups!

Friendly and helpful management, excellent...

Liked: Stanford university is 5 minutes away. There are a variety of restaurants and cafes nearby including Fambrini's Cafe which is right across the street. The room was very clean and the staff was super helpful.
Disliked: Everything was perfect

Liked: This hotel was located perfectly for our travel needs. Right next to California Ave. made for excellent access to walk in dining opportunities. The room hit all the marks for cleanliness! We needed a clean reasonably priced place to stay for a couple nights, couldn't have found a more perfect place.
