Very good

Liked: The staff is nice and friendly. I had been in Paris many times and some weird staff at other places. The breakfast menu is good and tasty. The location is fairly close to the Seine where all the main attractions are.
Disliked: The room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon. Usually the rooms get ready before people's check-in times but there were couple days that my room wasn't cleaned after I came back from my one-day tours. The towels were little damp. But it wasn't stinky or anything like that. Just need little more attention to the details of the room.

We were vwry comfortable

Liked: This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and had all the facilities . The staff was all very helpful . They offered coffee and water when we arrived and also while we were waiting for the taxi to leave. We were very surprised when we arrived as we were given a free upgrade, this was a bonus for us

Superb

Liked: Hotel was located in an excellent location and few minutes of walking distance from metro station. A big shout out to the front desk staff, and Nero (sorry if i mispelled his name) in particular. Check-in and check-out process was quite breezy and front desk staff were helpful whenever we had questions or requests. Highly recommend this hotel!
