Not a good neighborhood and...

Liked: Clean bathroom and sheets. Ac worked well. 1 block from subway line. Walkable to USOpen stadium. Staff allowed a late check out.
Disliked: Very dirty neighborhood. Felt safe at day but at night when walking from stadium not safe feeling. This is not a neighborhood tourists stay in or visit. Price per night did not match experience.

Conveniently located to LaGuardia, but...

Liked: Close to Laguardia airport. Had to find a place open late at night when my flight was cancelled and this was conveniently located.
Disliked: Rooms had a cigarette smell.

Liked: THE PLACE IS NEAR THE SUBWAY
Disliked: THEY DIDNT PROVIDE WATER AND ASKED US TO TAKE IT FROM THE VENDING MACHINENO BREAKFAST PROVIDED

Convenient to Mets Stadium but...

Liked: didn't actually stay. But it's very convenient to Mets Stadium.
Disliked: I made an inquiry about parking availability which went unanswered. Info on parking nearby hard to find on internet.

Our stay was fine, but...

Liked: The room was clean, there was parking available, it was in walking distance to Citi Field
Disliked: I wanted to pay cash for our room but my credit card was charged before we arrived. The price of the rooms were very expensive, it was double the price of equivalent hotels in the area (other hotels even offered breakfast) and they did not price match. We had even stayed at this hotel before, and it was twice the price we payed last time! They were also workingon the elevators the day we left, very loud in the morning since the elevator was across from our room and they did not have a sign that they were not working. We were on the 5th floor.
