Pleasant

Liked: Great location to visit Florence,valet parking was working well although expensive. Room was clean. Friendly reception and other staff besides the manager (see next point)
Disliked: When we were leaving someone of the staff (the manager or owner?) was speaking bad about my potential parking skills as a foreigner, since my car was behind hers, not knowing that I also speak Italian. Very unprofessional and unkind. Unfortunate this tells me how she feels about her clients and left me with a bad memory leaving the hotel.

Convenient location

Liked: Breakfast was adequate.Room looked cheap on first impression but was comfortable. Great shower but little shelf space for my wifes toiletries.

Liked: The property was centrally located only a short 10 min walk from the train station for us with bags along the cobblestone paths and roads
Disliked: Bed was a little uncomfortable Ok for a one night stay

Could not fault it

Liked: Location was excellent 5 min walk from the train station and was right in the centre, so could walk to all the sights (Duomo, Boboli Gardens) and shops, bars and restaurants.

Memorable

Liked: Location and breakfast were great. The monuments and shopping were within walking distance, and so was the train station.
Disliked: The view from the window was not good, but thats alirght.

Liked: Reception staff were super friendly and helpful as required. Location was excellent - we were able to comfortably duck home in the middle of the day should we need. We had a toddler (which makes euro traveling more difficult) and for the most part found the hotel accommodating. She was able to climb out of the cot and no high chairs available (if this is important to you) - we just thanked/apologised breakfast guests for making do with our wild runaway!
