Pleasant and great value for...

Liked: Clean quiet hotel, a short walk to tram service to get around. But night time lovely and quiet and away from the bars, clubs and people traffic. Owners friendly and accommodating. Really will do anything for you. A few mins walk to the pleasure beach also.

Liked: Very clean to a very high standards, Paul and Richard the owners were very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond, the breakfast was excellent

Not as good as the...

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: The bedroom and bathroom were very small, and the stairs were steep, which was ok but might not have been for some people. Some confusion after reading the conditions about whether we would get a cooked breakfast if booking with a 3rd party. Received quite a few emails. Dining room was a bit chilly.
