Liked: It had a lovely, friendly feel as soon as we arrived.The room was exceptional clean. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect, walking distance to the pleasure beach. The breakfast was the best freshly cooked it was amazing. The staff are definitely a big credit to the Hotel. We will definitely be booking to stay here again when we return to Blackpool.

Liked: I appreciated the attention to details, the room was equipped with everything you could possibly need, I appreciated the amenities too. The location has a very cozy and friendly feeling, it is tasteful and the host was very polite and helpful.
Disliked: The information showed in the booking app was incomplete, it took several messages from the host for us to get all the information. I was offended by it and got called up and told I should've checked their website. Then what's the point of this app? I didn't appreciate there was no parking spots, not even around the hotel, and I didn't know you can reserve it before arrival?The room was very small...The doors of the rooms were so close together I thought someone was trying the key in ours during first night(creepy feeling haha)

Liked: Good location, friendly host, clean bedroom, free toiletries
Disliked: No free parking, there is street parking if you lucky to find a place. Also, you have to pay £6 additonally if you want cooked breakfast. Included is porridge, fruits, cereal.

Liked: Was close to pleasure beach, the hotel staff were very nice and helpful,beds were very comfortable and rooms looked nice and food was great also
Disliked: Can't think of anything I disliked.

Liked: We loved all the little extras that you wouldn't expect, they went above and beyond to make your safe comfortable, would not hesitate in stopping here again x
Disliked: If you couldn't get on the front of the hotel for parking, that was abit of a problem.
