Everything was dirty

Liked: I liked that they were quick to respond when we needed towels
Disliked: I booked another day cause the first night I didn’t have any problems but came back and no towels. It looks like the pillows were changed and so dirty and everything was just a mess. And to end it they took all our waters and threw them out. Nothing was cleaned and the trash was full as well. It looks like they just came in to make a mess

Don't recommend it

Liked: The location of the hotel is amazing.
Disliked: The room had a terrible smell, and the breakfast was very cheap and of poor quality. The shower was broken and completely unusable. Additionally, the administrator took my credit card and wrote down all the details, including the code from the back, which I believe is illegal.

Liked: Rooms were fairly clean although not up to date.Room service was good..
Disliked: Overall cleanliness and neatness of the hotel was lacking both outside and inside. Lack of insulation resulting in noise in hallways and above us prevented us from sleeping well.
