Good

Liked: The room was beautiful, comfortable, and quiet.
Disliked: The staff are constantly busy with weddings and breakfast was from 9:30 which is too late.

Great setting, lovely accommodation, hot...

Liked: Fabulous location, beautiful scenery and very tranquil. The lodge was quirky and tastefully furnished; it had everything we needed to ensure a relaxing and pleasant break.
Disliked: The bedroom in the lodge was a bit tight on space however, that’s didn’t detract from a lovely stay.

A stunning location

Liked: Location is stunning. Great outdoor hot tubs at the lodges.Staff were really friendly. Excellent wedding room.Great building.
Disliked: Lodge bedroom area and shower are really small. Breakfast was a little disorganised..however when it all arrived was tasty. Tea good Coffee weak.

Poor

Wasn't exactly what was expected...

Liked: Everything was magical with the exception of the room.
Disliked: We booked the honeymoon suite for our honeymoon, and we flew from the U.S. to get there, only to find out that the suite was given to someone else. This is wrong, especially for such an important occasion. If we had gotten a call confirming the room, we might have found this discrepancy in advance and saved ourselves heartache.

Lovely weekend away from the...

Liked: The service was exceptional where everything was explained clearly to us regarding use of the hot tub etc. Breakfast was served promptly the next morning in a cute picnic basket. We even had someone come around to ask us if we needed anything else since we were staying for 2 nights.
Disliked: There wasn't a lot of space to hang jackets and wet towels, especially since it was raining while we were there. We also struggled to find power plugs and the lack of a nightstand right next to the bed was a little annoying.
