Disliked: Very small parking and forcing the key from my car otherwise throwing us to park on the road with yellow lines. Very arrogant african man staff rising tone, not listening to customer questions. The shower was mouldy and water didn’t run with a minimum pressure also shower gel totally empty, staff didn’t offer to help with big luggage to steep stairs. And staff Bering loud unlit late 1:00 am hours moving on the hallway.

Disliked: Rudest bar man I have ever met.Over charged at the bar and for parking. Promised it would be sorted on our return and was not.
