Near Arbroath

Liked: Ellie was extremely helpful. For rooms and shower. Easy stroll to shops and beach. Good place to use as a base exploring the area.

Doesn't look it but a...

Liked: The staff here were excellent especially Samantha who made our stay very comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing. Seems a basic hotel but was very comfortable and the rooms and staff were great.
