Liked: Enjoyed the greeting from receptionist on arrival, ,cosy reception, had to try to find porter to get a drink when we came back in eve.
Disliked: Hot full irish breakfast was OK, could have been better, coffee cold, didn't taste good, coffee machine needed in breakfast room

Liked: It was really nice and staff were so helpful
Disliked: I found the room to be roasting. Even with the supplied fan, it was a bit uncomfortable.

Liked: Was decorated lovely for Christmas staff were pleasant also
Disliked: We were awake for 3 hours the second night we stayed as there was a lot of noise in the room next door as lots of people came back from a wedding.
