Superb

Liked: Close to public transport, conference centre and beautiful parkland at Old Castle.It was busy so my hoped-for early check in wasn’t possible. The staff were kind and generously gave me a complimentary bottle of Prosecco.
Disliked: Tiny suggestion: iron and ironing board would have been useful

Amaaaaazing hotel, very noisy massage...

Liked: The hotel is amazing Has a very big parking lot. Confortable and clean rooms, great beds to sleep and the view was really woooooow on Prague! The breakfast is huge, you even have ice cream
Disliked: Its very pitty that such a good and great hotel has such a bad managed massage area. The masseuse was over the top such a great Thai classic massage really but... cmon the message room was next to the lobby where people go to the sauna. And its was constant noise coming from the hall. I coundnt concentrate to the massage ..the noise was so loud that I didn't even hear the relaxing music they put during the massage. Really, if the masseuse wouldn't be so good I would leave the massage and ask for money return. People go to relax for massage not to listen the loud people running and kids yelling in the hallways.I confronted after massage the manager, and she said "we say to them to be quite". I said to her that is not solution, its non sense. You are a 5 star hotel you should not allow this so much unpleasant thing for your guest..I paid for that massage time to relax and enjoy, not that I listen people from hallway yelling and running for non stop 1.30h!..hope you will find a way, because its a pitty you get bad vote because your bad management.Take one of your room and make a massage area..I mean your guest deserves the full experience!All the best

Liked: David from the reception is really really good. He sorted out our to be next to each other my daughter ‘s room and us my husband . He looked after us so well. David is very accommodating and gave us direction due to train station next to the hotel is close for the whole time we were there. Food is great. Location is good very accessible. The music i. The bar at night time is so relaxing. The pool sauna is really good. We love our entire stay in the hotel. I do recommend this hotel to all who wanted/or have plans to visit Prague. Thank you so much and as I mentioned from the beginning specially David.

Disliked: Rooms are old and bathrooms are very small.
