Liked: Everything , lovely staff, location to the town centre was fantastic, only a few minutes walk, food was lovely for Sunday roast and breakfast next morning was amazing .
Disliked: Shower wasn’t the best in the room we had. No pressure

Liked: Staff were excellent....friendly and efficient.
Disliked: Room 6 very quiet but a bit cramped for couple in their 80's. we'll book larger room next time we go.

Liked: Warm,welcoming staff.Cosy bar tastefully decorated to relax in on arrival. Lovely room. Evening meal - good choice of Menu.Breakfast - good quality food.Excellent.Location perfect - including parking.
Disliked: No reflection on the hotel - will request a downstairs room,if possible,due to a mobility problem.

Liked: It's fantastic! Just a quick 3-minute walk to the town center, the hotel exudes charm with its cleanliness and character, and the staff are so sweet and helpful!

Exceptional

Liked: The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. My room was very comfortable with everything I could need for my stay. The menus offered a good choice of food, the bar area was cosy and the dining area comfortable. The hotel was ideally located for easy access to Cirencester on foot.
Disliked: Nothing all good
