Liked: Grounds were lovely, house itself is nice. Food was delicious
Disliked: Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our room. It felt very outdated and aged. Our bedroom was the very last room away from the reception even though the hotel was basically empty. Our television didn’t work at all so we couldn’t watch anything and the shower was very weak. The room felt dated and not the cleanest or freshest e.g the old carpet, rusty mirror and grout around shower peeling off. The hotel was so quiet and there was no atmosphere for dinner or in the bar etc. we enjoyed the spa but felt that access to the thermal suit should have been included for the price. We felt it was overpriced for what it was unfortunately.

Disliked: We were looking two beds,due to health reasons,as concerning booking, but when got to room,it was only one double bed and not twins as on sheet, so sleep very poor

Anniversary in style

Liked: My parents were celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary and our first anniversary with our daughter! The staff couldn't have done more for us!
