Liked: The staff were super friendly and helpful The place was very clean and quiet Food was gorgeous Very hard to fault this place
Disliked: … the tap on the bath way broken, as in it didn’t exist none the less I loved the stay

Liked: The grounds and older part of the hotel were stunning. The staff were fantastic (shout out to Amanda for helping us make our way into Omagh for shopping!) the hotel bar was delightful, with the cocktails and lovely music playing.
Disliked: The section of hotel where our room was located felt like a bit of an afterthought, and didn’t match the aesthetic of the main house. Having to pay extra to use the pool and spa facilities even though we were guests wasn’t ideal.

Liked: We had a bit of a miss understanding with our booking but the manager quickly and very helpfully resolved this, making our stay very enjoyable

Liked: Clean, tidy and Spa was great. Room was nice, relaxed atmosphere. Gardens were beautiful and well kept. General & breakfast staff lovely. Bed was extremely comfortable.
Disliked: Restaurant staff. Unpleasant experience there were we were overlooked 3 times ref our meal order. Spoke to staff and we actually ended up eating out. Bathroom needed updating.
