Beautiful hotel set in stunning...

Liked: The setting was beautiful. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the decor was of a really high quality. The staff were very welcoming and professional in their approach. The girl who sang in the evening was so good and very entertaining
Disliked: Nothing it was perfect

Liked: Friendly staff, good room size, evening meal in the restaurant was decent.
Disliked: Duvet cover and dressing robes were worn with holes in them. Expected breakfast to be much better. Disliked paying that price for a room then having to pay an extra £10 pp for the spa access.

Liked: The leisure staff member was so helpful and bubbly.
Disliked: The reception staff I felt weren't very helpful and restaurant staff member when asked could we sit their with a reply no it reserved and 5 minutes later gave it to another couple who had no reservations and which we had reservations.

Liked: Food was good, prices extortionate. Staff mediocre and quite unhelpful.
Disliked: Unable to use facilities as I booked through your website (never again). Was told by reception to never use you as u lose all privileges ie pool sauna etc. I asked could I amend the booking was told no . Never again......
