Disliked: Cleanliness of the room was not as i expected to be. for example dust from the previous staz was there plus the bathroom you need to either put some aromatic spray either a solution in the toilet water that covers the bad smell.

Liked: I stayed at Corendon Amsterdam New-West with my family—13 of us in total, including teenagers and young children—and we had a fantastic experience. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Patrick, who was absolutely fantastic. He quickly resolved a mix-up with our booking and ensured the check-in process went smoothly for everyone.Our entire stay was perfect, with no faults at all. The room service was excellent, and every request we made was accommodated without issue. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of choices—especially the fresh, warm pancakes that the kids absolutely loved.One of the most memorable parts of our stay was being allowed to use the lobby for a family games night when we couldn’t sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Special thanks to Rui, who also went above and beyond to assist us.Our rooms were cleaned daily, and the hotel’s location was very convenient—just a short distance from both the tram and metro, making it easy to get to Amsterdam Centraal. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to order food via Uber Eats, which was delivered directly to the main lobby.Honestly, I don’t understand how anyone could leave a negative review—perhaps they stayed somewhere else by mistake! Corendon New West exceeded our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to returning in the near future.
Disliked: The hotel was perfect overall—my only suggestion would be to extend the swimming pool hours for children. Other than that, I have no complaints at all.
