Top 4* hotel with great...

Liked: - The location is outside of the city center, but very well connected by the tram and metro. The stops are in 5 min and 3 min walk. - Everything in the room was clean and freshly renovated, many lovely designed features and decors. - Room temperature was possible to regulate, hot water was always available (however, the flow was quite eco-friendly and not very strong, but tolerable) - I liked the room sound isolation and the quality of beds and pillows, we slept very well there. No noises were audible from the street or from the corridor. Good cotton linien and towels. - The bed was made and the trash bin was emptied every day

One of the best hotels...

Liked: The facilities were clean, warm and comfortable, it was my second time returning (that's how much we liked it!). Brilliant location, less than 5 minute walk to henk sneevlietweg station which is a short metro straight to centraal. Couldn't recommend this hotel high enough!

Liked: The hotel interior and room themselves are nice. There is a coffee machine and kettle in the room and the restaurant, Mondi, has a cute vibe.
Disliked: The staff member who checked us in was very stiff, the “spa” was not even included even tho the room was already 200 euros + for 1 night. We bought the “spa” tickets just to get there and realize it was so bad, can’t believe they call that a spa. It was 1 very uncomfortable space with a small pool, and 2 small saunas which were full of people. Overall many better hotels in amsterdam for a better price and better location.

Nice hotel away from the...

Liked: Quiet location away from downtown, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. No loud fans. Great breakfast for purchase. Very helpful reception staff, nice lobby. Pack your own flip flops if you intend to use the spa.
Disliked: no nearby stores or restaurants in the immediate neighborhood, other than hotel restaurant.
