This place sucks! Very shady...

Liked: I liked the ambiance of the motel upon making entry to the office I felt as if I was on a tropical island like getaway lots to look at, I was very pleased with how peaceful and serene and quiet it was very inviting and comforting it was library peaceful and I loved that. The size of my room totally blew me away with how super huge the rooms are I loved how open and spacious the rooms were I travel with a lot of my personal belongings and these rooms were more than ample room for me to have all my stuff in there and plenty of storage places to have all my things put away and organized neatly just how I like it, the rooms were very tidy and cleaned well and smelled good when I walked in, they had the temperature of the room at the perfect temperature when I walked in I didn't have to immediately adjust or worry about the room being too warm or too cold, the bed was perfect nice and soft and comfy with a pillow top like mattress perfect for me as I have scoliosis in my back so it's hard for me to get comfortable in most types of beds. And with how quiet and peaceful the whole place was it didn't take long at all for me to be able to kick back relax and unwind from the chaotic day I was having. The shower was so nice and soothing, their internet connection was decent and plenty of cable channels provided so I had plenty of good things and shows to watch. I was for the most part pleased with my stay.
Disliked: At the end of my stay when I was supposed to have gotten my room deposit back I never did and when I called and spoke to them about it they were quick to deny me my refund and said that my dog had destroyed their room and had peed all over their carpets and had even peed on their wall which wasn't true because I have a large dog and incase of any mishaps which rarely happens bit just incase I travel with my own carpet shampooer and my dog hadn't had a bath recently so he kinda smelled a bit so the night before checking out I personally shampooed the carpet in the entire room but yet they said they had it all on video camera the damage my dog had done to the room and that they were having to replace the carpet in that room cause it smelled terrible like dirty dog and pee. Which is no close to the truth. I am still yet to see a cleaning lady in a hotel motel etc that carries around a video camera while they are cleaning out the rooms. So I asked to see the camera footage they supposedly had and they refused to let me see it. So that tells me they were lying about having all those damages they said my dog caused and having it on camera all the extra cleaning and repairs they said needed done to the room. They are very scandalous and deceptive people there which in turn made all the good things about the motel not so good. All in all I will never return back to this property for any length of time and you couldn't pay me enough to change my mind. They are very rude and manipulative and deceitful people there and they will be looking for any reason possible for them to deny you of the return of your deposit they will use any excuse they think they can get away with using just so they won't have to return your deposit back to you. Beware of this place and these people they like to take your money and not return what's supposed to be returned. Very shady people here.

Disliked: Dirty bathtub, mold in the mini fridge freezer, mold on the ceiling, air conditioner leaked all over the carpet

Disliked: The pool didn’t work the tv didn’t work. The lamps keep going out, and the area was skeptical

Met the need for a...

Liked: Pool was out of order. Toilet clogged because of low water pressure and had to get a plunger and clear it myself. TV remote did not operate fully. Breakfast was mostly cereal and coffee was cold. Had to ask for additional towels even though reservation was for 4 people. Shower was excellent with hot water and great pressure. Staff was friendly. Beautiful giant plants and a New Orleans feel provided a nice atmosphere.
Disliked: Would not have selected hotel if I knew pool was out of order and breakfast was so minimal. Didn't like having a clogged toilet overnight and a partially working TV remote.

Had fun but the place...

Liked: It was okay a little run down but no big complaints.
Disliked: It needs an upgrade it’s kind of ghetto for the price.

Liked: Head guy from Hawaiian he was really cool. I'd sit down and talk with him again any time. Real damn good guy
Disliked: Wasn't a full real breakfast. They didn't use Folgers coffee
