Liked: The staff was friendly and accommodating
Disliked: The place is older, which is fine, but the up keep of the hotel is subpar. Bathrooms were a little scary, but they had hot water. The curtains were stained with a substance that appeared like blood, but I told myself it was BBQ sauce—this was observed in two rooms. A/C & TVs didn’t work in some rooms, but the staff transferred rooms to those that had those room issues. There is a bad odor of the rooms, especially on the 3rd floor. I was traveling with a team so we reserved multiple rooms, my room was the only one that received cleaning services, however my door was unlocked and open when I returned later in the day.

Liked: I loved the layout of the facility. It was aesthetically pleasing to walk in and see live plants.
Disliked: The staff stayed in the break room behind the long desk with the door closed almost every time we went out, which was often during our two day stay (a sign on the door said “We’ll be back in 15 minutes.” This sign stayed up the two days we were there.It is very hot in the lobby area and the breezeway smelled like urine during the whole stay.The AC was filthy in both rooms we stayed in and the AC unit in one room had a parts of the wall cracking around it. Neither room smelled particularly pleasant and the bed had a discolored, what looked like a baseball sized burn hole, in it and had dirt and what looked like dead skin, and boogers underneath the sheets.

Disliked: I do not like the staff. They are rude and act like their spoons and bowls are worth millions of dollars when they had tons of them and cannot even let you have one bowl and spoon. So you can eat.There's something out of your room
