Liked: Staff and location are great. Bed was very comfortable. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable.
Disliked: Hot tub wasn’t working

Liked: The lady at the front desk was great and very sweet. Location was nice and our room was clean.
Disliked: Didnt eat breakfast there as construction was going on around the first floor. Was a bit stressed b/c of the pet situation.(Only allows pets on 1st floor so make sure to call and confirm day of.) I called when I reserved the room to confirm that I was bringing pets and was told it wasn't going to be an issue. When checking in I was informed that no pet rooms were available, b/c of constuction on first floor. Thankfully the lady at the front desk was great and she manage to work it out since I talked to someone the week before. Either way had to bring our dogs through the lobby, up the elevator to the 3rd floor, so going outside to take them out was fun. If I would have known it could have been an issue I would have stayed somewhere else.

Liked: The e atmosphere and the rooms and breakfast area
Disliked: My kids were looking forward to the swimming pool, and one of them was pretty sad. It did say there was a pool when I booked, and it was in the pictures.
