Disliked: No real dislikes. It was clean and met my needs.

For the price it was...

Liked: Seemed mostly clean. Front desk girl was nice and prudent. Water pressure was good. Beds comfy. Had breakfast available. Free parking is good.
Disliked: Window wouldn’t close so traffic was annoying. Bathroom door hit toilet so hard to get in. Halls/stairs narrow, cable tv not working. Not many plugs. Light on breakfast options

Liked: Economical, location, staff very nice.
Disliked: Breakfast food left out all day, smoke alarm in room beeped a from midnight on, office messy in full view of clients

Have low expectations.

Liked: It was next to Perkins restaurant
Disliked: The first room I was assigned to wasn’t clean. The heating and air conditioning unit was broken. They then gave me their best room. The heating worked but was noisy. Across the hall marijuana smokers kept going in and out. My door did not lock from the inside. My room had all the amenities including jacuzzi and fireplace but I didn’t feel comfortable since my door wasn’t locked. Breakfast was meager with only about 10 pieces of toast and five tiny muffins and some bananas. The bed was ok but needed a mattress pad. Pillows were good.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Breakfast consisted of toast, room. Water was cold to take a shower. Did not Work requested a new room and they refused.

Liked: A continental breakfast that consists of toast
Disliked: Little black flies in the bathroom sink or sink drain that would not work and saw a refrigerator that was so noisy. I had to get up in the middle of the night to shut it off.

Overall the staff were friendly

Liked: The hotel is down the street from my son's college
Disliked: The place needs a lot of work
