Liked: The front desk personnel was very kind and knowledgeable about your facility. He even went out of his way to let me borrow his phone charger. That was unexpected and a relief. Breakfast was simple but served its purpose. The room was neat and clean and I had a very comfortable night. I will recommend your motel in the future to my friends and family because of the young man that worked the 10th of July 2025. Exceptional!!!

Disliked: Continental breakfast, only dry cereal, or bread for toast, and a small glazed little Debbie treat, only bananas for fruit

Liked: Hardly a selection for a breakfast, my children were finding random screws all over the room, the windows don't have screens which should be illegal considering people with children on the second floor.
Disliked: The wifi is horrible, breakfast is bland, the room was broken

Disliked: I booked the room for June 6th then found I needed the room for the 7th. I called the operator changed it for the 7th. I tried to cancel the 6th but the operator couldn't find the reservation. I was charged both the 6th and the 7th the clerk couldn't get back my money at the hotel. $75.00 for the room and 17.00 booking fee. I am very disappointed I couldn't get my money refunded.
