Disliked: Lazy river only works 3 hour the entire week. Staff said pool maintenence was called but once fixed it only ran for a short period of time

Liked: Quiet, clean, beautiful setting
Disliked: 2 sets of wooden stairs ( 18)leading to unit….difficult to carry supplies and luggage upstairs for 80 + year olds. We called immediately upon arrival to ask for a ground floor unit…. were told none none were available.

In short, Coral Sands is...

Liked: We love the location and size of the condos, although this was the first time we stayed in the tiny one bedrooms. I wouldn’t do that again but we did book last minute. We’ve been coming to Coral Sands for over 10 years; typically we stay in a 3 bedroom or the large 1 bedroom.
Disliked: We stayed the week of July 4th. This was the first time in all our years that I observed so many people coming down to the pool around 7-8am, leaving towels and bags in chairs then not coming to the pool for several hours later. One senior couple of 2 people came down every morning and put all their crap at a table for 4 under the giant umbrella. Another family came down, took up 6+ chairs and not one person stayed down at the pool. I was at the pool by 8/8:30 every morning and these people were not coming back down until 10:30-11:30a. I think management needs to have someone walking the pool deck in the morning to pick up all the towels “saving seats” if you aren’t down at the pool then those spots should be open for other to use. Every morning there were 15-20 towels on loungers with no one in sight. Another thing that was frustrating is all the giant floaties and loungers. It used to be that only pool noodles were allowed. I think small inner tubes and small chair loungers are fine but it makes it difficult to float in the lazy river with massive unicorns and long loungers taking up the entire width of the lazy river.

Liked: Everything was available to ensure an enjoyable experience. Pools, playgrounds, beach and food all within walking distance.
Disliked: Finding a parking space close to the apartment was sometimes difficult. I did not expect to have a problem due to the facility only providing 2 parking passes towards each apartment.
