Good

Disliked: Being told I could not have a Tax Invoice as the room was booked through Booking.com by my company. Even though i paid for the room at the motel myself.

Average. Unlikely to stay at...

Liked: Close proximity to Chinese restaurant
Disliked: Noisy . People coming and going at all hours. Guys drinking grog outside our room . Alarms going off during the night for the tradesmen to go to an early start .
