Best place I've ever stayed

Liked: The staff was exceptional, everyone was super helpful and the friendliest I've ever met
Disliked: Nothing

We checked out early because...

Liked: Beautiful, clean property and friendly staff. I was glad we had a room on the main floor since I didn’t realize the rooms faced outside
Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable, our ocean view room was obscured by trees

Overall very nice time

Liked: The rooms were large and clean
Disliked: The elevators were slow had to wait forever

Passable

Liked: I liked the beach, and the outdoor pools.
Disliked: The room smelled really nasty ( like lack of hygiene and ventilation). Smell like feet. Really bad.

It served it’s purpose

Liked: Close to airport and view of the ocean but also a view of the run down out of service nasty abandoned hotel and pools next door . The pools looked nice. Nice accommodations for a family
Disliked: Room smelled, hairs on bath towels and sample shower gel with sticky fingers prints. Very loud A/C. Not a bottle of water, tissues, coffee, etc. Just needs updated badly. Tried to check out at 6:00 am to catch a flight. Nobody at the front desk. Rang the bell 3 separate times and finally had to go so we could get to the airport. Left door keys on the counter. Hoping my deposit that cost more than the room is returned. Other people were trying to check out as well. It served its purpose.

Liked: Location! Staff was very helpful. Fresh towels everyday. Lots of options for pools and entertainment. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Neighbor was smoking pot.

Disliked: I’ve stayed multiple times it’s worth the stay

It was very dirty

Disliked: It was dirty, run down, and in a bad area. Unfortunately, we chose not to stay at the hotel.
