Disliked: Good location and happy overall but sadly view was obscured by the front building.

Disliked: Arrived back to hotel mid afternoon. Room had not yet been cleaned and had to run down to housekeeping to ask them to do that.

Liked: We had an amazing view of Wellington overlooking the harbour on a beautiful day. It was great being able to walk out onto the balcony. Very comfortable bed and a pleasant bathroom with a good shower.
Disliked: We would have liked to have been told when booking that we could book a park as, being elderly, it is good to have a handy car park. Fortunately we managed to get the last one available.

Liked: Very convenient location. Comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Some staff reluctant to heat my heat pack - no microwave in room.Washing machine didn't work properly. Had to pay to use it. I think stays longer than 5 days should have one complimentary use of washing machine & dryer. Room door keys stop working the moment you reach checkout time. This is too strict.
