Nice stay, would stay again.

Liked: SUUUUUUUPER comfy bed.Beautiful view.Easy check-in with helpful concierge.
Disliked: Everything was totally fine and there was nothing we didn't like.

Very good

Liked: The room was comfortable and warm. I love the location. The staff were super friendly.
Disliked: The TV was not user friendly. The food was not great. I tried to dine at the restaurant one night, but because they had a group of 20 booked in, they told me it would be an hour wait for food. I was surprised that they could not cope with a group that size without it impacting on the rest of the guests.

Liked: Nice location and a nice view
Disliked: We woke up and found bed bugs in our bed :( . Carpet was a bit old

Liked: The location, parking option, bar, friendliness and efficiency of the staff, comfort of the bed, heating, wifi option and tv were greatLoved the Oriental Bay cocktail
Disliked: The cleanliness of the carpet, bathroom finish (calcium carbonate build up around the shower floor ), walls, finish to the paintwork- looks old, weathered and uncared for.

Weekend at Copthorne

Liked: The location, room setup and breakfast were all attributed to a great weekend in Wellington
Disliked: Our balcony view wasn't a private one. To see the view you had to walk across the roof of level 7.

Liked: Beautiful views comfortable room and good disabled facilities
Disliked: Thé breakfast was great but other good services rather lacking
