Liked: Restaurant and cleaning staff were very pleasant and friendly
Disliked: Front of house staff at reception were terrible. Slow, no manners, no focus on the customer. Possibly the worst I've came across

Great hotel not too far...

Liked: We enjoyed the facilities for a weekend getaway visiting Legoland. The restraunt had a lovely selection of dishes and was delicious! The pool looked lovely, although I wasn't able to swim as we couldn't book in a spot. However, I did use the sauna and it was perfect. The gym was relatively well-equipped and had a good selection of kit and machines.
Disliked: The bookings for the pool and gym were quite confusing as it wasn't mentioned at reception when we checked-in for the hotel that we needed to book a timeslot before going. Unfortunately, the pool closed earlier than we were informed by the front desk, as well, so we missed our chance in the pool.

Liked: The food is quite bad we stay here as it’s convenient for our ice skating competition
