Very good

Liked: Pool for the mokopuna, close access to the carpark. Pool towels available every outing to the pool.
Disliked: Dim lighting in whole of complex only adequate lighting was in the room

Liked: It was in an ideal location and meet our needs.
Disliked: Spa pool needs upgrade.Breakfast was too early that I missed it.

Enjoyable, great staff and value...

Liked: Very clean and exceptionally comfortable beds. Wonderful, approachable, caring friendly staff in all departments without exception. The pool was excellent, as were the breakfasts for value for money.
Disliked: Of the two spa pools available, one was very hot.

Disliked: For Copthorne it's not up to the usual quality, building is old, tired looking. The spa had to much chlorine which sucked, was hoping for mineral spa water.
