Amazing Stay

Liked: We loved the pool and spas. Close to everything as well. Has heaps of car parks for everyone. Nice rooms and children friendly.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: I felt it was overpriced and a bit outdatedThere was no key access for the side door, so we always had to enter through reception. It was a bit annoying if you had to park at the end of the car parkBig split in our doorHad to slam the bathroom door for it to stay shutNo plates, cutlery provided in rooms, which was a bit annoying when the restaurant was only open for breakfast

Superior Queen Room

Liked: It was comfortable and good for kids, pool is warm and we went in during the stormy rain weather which was nice. Pool is outside and jacuzzi was nice but could have been hotter. Beds were comfy and room was nice enough for my 4day stay. Tv doesn't get chrome cast but it gets some sky channels. Room had kettle and fridge.
Disliked: I stayed with 4 guests and my room was only topped up with 3 towels daily not 4, our room was not ready as the soap was empty, one bin was full and tea's and coffees were not topped up but the staff were quick to remedy this. Gym has really old equipment, didn't bother to use, pool is outdoors only, laundry facility is old and loud but does the job.

Disliked: Outdated rooms and toilets need renovation. Hot food was cold, and there were not many options.

Liked: loved the staff amazing understanding very helpful the cleaners were friendly and really lovely
Disliked: couldn't get in unless through reception had no key for the locked entrances

Disliked: Very old, what I didn’t like the most was the carpet. Had to wear socks the entire time because didn’t like the carpets. The whole room needs revamp

Liked: The staff were friendly, the breakfast was a buffet and nice. Our room was a good size and was cleaned while we were out which we appreciated as well.
Disliked: The bathroom needed an extra scrub as there was mold between some of the tiles. However, it wasnt really bad just some missed spots that i noticed while in the batj.
