Copthorne Hotel Merry Hill Dudley

The staff are truly outstanding! Accommodated my every need. The head chef Rob worked with me on my dietary requirements as a competitive bodybuilder which was over and beyond. It had been a long time since I’ve stayed in hotel with service and staff of this calibre.

Disliked: Staff; room; facilities; parking.

Disliked: Had to move rooms as window was screwed shut and it was hot, next room had no plug in the bath, my daughter is 5 and wanted to have a bath to wash chlorine off but doesn’t like showers, told someone would sort it out and no one came, found hairs in the bed and only 1/2 a small toilet roll for 2 adults and a child!!! Very loud music until the early hours!

Liked: The pool and sauna were very nice The bedroom was very good with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom.
Disliked: One of the saunas wasn't very warm and there were no bubbles in the jacuzzi
