The staff are truly outstanding! Accommodated my every need. The head chef Rob worked with me on my dietary requirements as a competitive bodybuilder which was over and beyond. It had been a long time since I’ve stayed in hotel with service and staff of this calibre.
Disliked: Staff; room; facilities; parking.

Comfortable room, good food, and...
Liked: The breakfast was really nicely cooked and being a buffet I was able to get satisfactory portions.The checkin staff were friendly and helpful. Free WiFi, clean room, and a fridge to store my water bottle.
Disliked: The duvet was too hot. Being summer, they could probably provide a spare sheet in the room to cover oneself with. There was hair in the shower.

Perfect for a few days’...
Liked: Location, facilities, room size & comfort and especially the staff.
Disliked: Although it was very hot, the rooms could do with air con as the windows only open slightly

Hotel very nice, room clean...
Liked: Clean comfortable except for the room. No air conditioning, only a fan which was so noisy and could not sleep. 30c and no window that opened more than an inch.
Disliked: No air conditioning.

Liked: Location, Parking & Room Comfort.Earlier check in and later checkout times good.
Disliked: Paid extra for a river view room, and feel a bit misled as could hardly see it from the room.Bad attitude and attendance from most staff. -One guy in the bar was very good, pleasant and helpful, but others in the restaurant were not at all. having to chase them to get served. Trying to charge extra for what was included in the meal on the menu, even when pointed out to them, they still tried to say was extra, until it was insisted that they actually look at the menu. Had to have them correct the bill twice.Told by reception that food could not be ordered to the room and later seen trays of food being taken up for other guests?Left standing there, as Gym staff too busy chatting to assist/direct paying customers, who were not familiar with this particular hotel. No towels given and had to come back out for them.As a frequent traveller and having stayed in other Copthorne Hotels and been impressed to use again, the service here overall, was somewhat disappointing.

Very good
Disliked: Typical buffet breakfast, need to trek around looking for things and food lukewarm. Some teapots would be helpful.

Disliked: Seemed to be short of restaurant staff due to another function. Only one waiter for the entire restaurant for a period.
