The staff are truly outstanding! Accommodated my every need. The head chef Rob worked with me on my dietary requirements as a competitive bodybuilder which was over and beyond. It had been a long time since I’ve stayed in hotel with service and staff of this calibre.

Liked: Thought it looked impressive when entering and the breakfast staff and food was really good. Ample free parking. Great shopping and food facilities over the road at Merry Hill.
Disliked: Communication was terrible; wasn't made aware when checking in that I had been upgraded. Wasn't advised what time to check out. Wasn't directed to the lifts or which floor to go/how to work the lift using the key card. More interested in serving the coach load of other guests that arrived shortly after me. Room wasn't cleaned during my 2 night stay. Dirty bin left and cups/refreshments/toilet roll/towels not replenished, bed just as I left it. When mentioning it at check out, the receptionist looked blankly at me, blinking not speaking or smiling, with the attitude of "what do you want me to do about that now?". I had to suggest he report it to housekeeping.
