Liked: We have stayed before. But this time we booked a better room with a view, only problem was the rooms very warm and the tv bad reception. A fan was supplied, staff was very helpful and polite
Disliked: Was a bit tired and may need to do with a refurb in the rooms, very warm in room and a bit noisy from the fridge and some other rooms

Disliked: The damage to the furniture and the appalling condition of the room. It was 2 star at best. I put the "clean my room" door tag on, only to come back to the room to see it had been taken off, put back in my room and the room was untouched. The room lacked very basic elements like bottled water and tissues.

Disliked: This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The facilities were shockingly poor imagine not even having a telephone in the room to contact reception. Housekeeping was nonexistent; rooms weren’t cleaned properly, and towels were never provided despite multiple requests.The restaurant was equally disappointing the food was substandard, and the dining area was consistently filthy with uncleared tables and poor service.I could go on, but overall, I was genuinely appalled. This hotel fails on every basic level of hospitality. The staff were clueless
