Comfortable hotel with welcoming staff

Liked: Very convenient for Old Trafford and comfortable room
Disliked: We got an upgrade to a club room which had nice view of canal

Very convient for my needs...

Liked: Evening shift front desk staffs were very friendly, helpful and very accommodating the needs.
Disliked: Breakfast options for the price we paid not worth it.

Pleasant stay in spite of...

Liked: Breakfast was very nice, do was the bar. Staff very professional. Close to tram into town. Ideal for quays. Large car park
Disliked: Bathroom very tired. Shower old & temperamental. TV difficult to use, no instructions, so couldn't watch. Carpet dirty & old

Liked: Location.Bar and dining area.Breakfast.Comfortable bed.Welcoming staff.
Disliked: The gym-no music, although lovely view from the Cross Trainer.Rooms/bathrooms need modernising. Was hot in the room and had to sleep with the fan on.
