Disliked: Despite booking and paying early (January) for an April trip I was rang a couple of days before asking if I would change rooms as they was busy. I did not want to as wanted the double bed I had booked the day before the marathon. However when I arrived they had done this anyway and put me in a disability room which I didn’t require. I therefor had no shower I could use very disappointing for the price will not use this chain again.

Lovely location but over priced

Liked: The location was great and the restaurant was lovely and staff very helpful
Disliked: Over priced for the Saturday night and noisy fridge in room

Exceptional

The reception was warm, nice...

Liked: The receptionists i met were very excellent. Chester and Yogitha. Chester literally helped me with my suitecases.
Disliked: I didnt like the fact that the breakfast was not labeled for persons that are not conversant to know what exactly they are taking.I threw up everything I ate on my first breakfast later I realized I had eaten pork blood sausage.

Liked: location next to the quays, and handy tram stop; breakfast was good quality
