It suited the purpose for...

Liked: Location, price and bed were good
Disliked: The bathroom was run down and look old and dirty, the grout was gross, although not sure if it was dirty though but brought the room down

Reasonable value for an Auckland...

Liked: Rooms were spacious with desk and excellent choice of TV channels - sport and movies
Disliked: Annoying to have to pay extra for parking

Good if you are on...

Liked: Convenient location. Clean. Inexpensive. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Exorbitant $30 parking fee. Bathroom very tired, mouldy sealant, grubby looking tile grout, dated shower - curtain type, and the toilet seat was loose. The food we ordered was very expensive for what we got. The ‘bread and dips’ was just a tiny amount of bread and the dips were butter, oil and balsamic vinegar, and what tasted like a shop bought sun-dried tomato paste! There was only 2 tiny tea cups for 3 guests (2 of everything).

A place to sleep. And...

Liked: Location was exactly what I was looking for.
Disliked: The suite looked nothing like the photos - no couch, no table - pretty much a bait and switch I guess.Checking in was delayed by nearly an hour by the room not being clean on arrival - while this doesn't sound like much, if you only have a tight time slot to get to your room, cooling your heels in a less-than-interesting lobby is a bit unfortunate. Would I go back there? Probably not.
