Liked: I love this hotel sad to see its shut until November Every room has a fridge which is so handy. Everything is really good at this hotel
Disliked: At breakfast the staff didn't know what they was doing it was a complete shambles.

Effingham park needs improvement...wouldn't recommend!

Liked: The location itself was nice.
Disliked: Was initially supposed to stay for 4 nights...but after 2 days was told that the hotel had been allocated as a mandatory quarantine hotel and we had to leave and was offered an unsuitable alternative.Filled out a breakfast booking form for breakfast to our room the next day...we had to go downstairs the next morning to prompt them as they read 2 booking forms wrong!Staff weren't helpful at all.Was told the gym would be open....it wasnt!Wasnt told about the renovations works that was taking place.
