We were at HMT for panto, so our stay at the Copthorne made a lovely end to our stay in Aberdeen.

Lovely hotel, the staff really...

Liked: The staff are absolutely amazing and the manager should be very proud. I can't remember all of their names - my fault because I did ask! - but Rachel on reception, Paul in the restaurant and Junayd deserve a special mention. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel, food lovely, both dinner and breakfast, and location perfect. Rooms a good size and very clean. Generous supply of tea and coffee which is good. Safe in room which is handy. Can't fault anything.

Liked: Nice reception area, bar. Rooms good size. Quiet location. Public car park opposite.
Disliked: Breakfast. Cooked breakfast- hardly any mushrooms, haggis dry and hard, scrambled eggs dry, croissants crispy on the base. It looked like it had all been lying there for hours.
