We enjoyed our stay very...

Liked: The food was lovely, price on food was a bit more than we hoped for the portion size soft drinks were reasonable staff friendly hotel clean room spacious lovely decor throughout easy accessible from motorway great hotel would recommend
Disliked: No extractor fan in room toilet and air con needed to be colder

Very disappointed with the facilities...

Liked: The room was nice and comfortable. It was clean.
Disliked: The swimming pool was awful and the water was salty. The changing rooms were that filthy that I had to shower again when I got back to my room. When we arrived there was a DJ playing music really loud in the beer garden outside our bedroom window. The breakfast was nice but there was not enough food or staff to keep up with the demand. The air conditioning gurgled throughout the night.

Excellent Hotel

Liked: From entering the staff were very friendly. The hotel looked superb and all areas excellent. The fitness suite was very good and clean.
Disliked: The breakfast staff were friendly, but I think the staff may need to increase to clear tables and create a less cluttered dining room with dirty plates. Also we were given a table and while the staff were clearing the table and we were getting our food a family sat down and we lost our table and had to wait with food in our hands while they were clearing another table. It's not a major issue, but maybe clarification between staff who the table is to be given to.

Great place, shame about the...

Liked: The venue, location and cleanliness
Disliked: The food and the restaurant. Massively overpriced for food that would be described as adequate at best. Some items looked cooked from frozen for the kids and while edible should be half the price at least. I'm guessing this is how they subsidise the room costs.My advice, book here, stay, use the pool but do not eat here. Order a pizza like I observed one family do from outside.
