An outstanding hotel that I...

Liked: A wonderful hotel.Very unique swiss design. Beautiful inside and out throughout.Brilliant spacious and up to date room.Pool, restaurant, bar and nightclub facilities all brilliant.Very impressive fish tanks through the centre of every floor.Brilliant location.Friendly staff.
Disliked: The net curtains fell down.Not very secure.No major issues.

Liked: Everything this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in, staff,facilities and the cleanliness of the hotel is absolutely fantastic second to none
Disliked: There wasn't anything not to like it was perfect

Excellent family stay with great...

Liked: The hotel was lovely. The staff were all so accommodating and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean with great facilities The pool was a welcomed addition, it did get busy towards 5pm so we left a little earlier than planned but that didn't take away from our overall experience. Would definitely recommend and will be back.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike about our stay. The pool did get busy and was slightly crowded but we had already had an hour prior so we were happy to leave at that point. Maybe a booking facility where you have set time slots would help
