Liked: Nice room Good bar area Good breakfast
Disliked: Leisure facilities Swimming pool & steam room very dated And changing rooms very dirty Lets the hotel down massively .

A very comfortable stay

Liked: Nice refurbished rooms, warm welcome at reception on arrival and whenever we needed anything during our stay.
Disliked: TV reception in rooms is abysmal. Impossible to watch BBC as the picture and sound were constantly breaking up.

Liked: Great room and a beautiful big balcony. Staff are also very friendly.
Disliked: There were issues getting the right company details and address on my invoice, which was strange because I only stayed there a few weeks before.
