A comfortable and refreshing stay...

Liked: Lovely hotel and wonderful room! The suite that I had was spacious and lovely and the whirlpool bath so relaxing!
Disliked: The breakfast could have been better. There could have been many more choices and better allergen labelling. It was basic and tasty, but quite limited.

Wonderful hotel with a great...

Liked: Location was great. Interior was a real surprise. Great design more befitting a high end London Hotel. Rooms were a good size and the staff I couldn’t fault. The whole experience was exceptional. I loved the aquarium s on each floor and the lighting in the stairwell. The only part of the hotel I didn’t sample was the Spa - Maybe next time

Would not reccomend, soda beds...

Liked: Bathroom was dirty and swimming pool, showers area old, dated and dirty. Like walk jacuzzi.
Disliked: 3 star not a 4 star, moody staff. Food was insignificant and over priced and bad quality. Breakfast was below standard.

Liked: welcoming friendly staff. We didn't want breakfast but they quickly organised a coffee and croissant for us. Just what we wanted.
Disliked: Only problem was we didn't know how to operate the plug in the sink.
