Perfect again :-)

Liked: Boutique hotel that doesn’t compromise on anything. Our favourite place to stay in Melbourne. Comfortable room. Great decor. Love the Nespresso coffee machine. Excellent bar and restaurant downstairs. Great location, including easy tram access to the city.
Disliked: Nothing.

Great stay though noisy.

Liked: Wonderful staff and lovely rooms.
Disliked: The rooms would benefit from double glazing to block out the sounds from outside. We were woken many times by trams, sirens, people yelling. The gutters also seemed to be blocked and it was raining heavily - the noise of the water woke us up.

Hidden gem

Liked: Such a stunning boutique little hotel. The staff were so kind and accommodating, we really felt welcomed and looked after. I recommend staying for dinner, the steak was incredible. Great location - short walk to south Melbourne Market. Would definitely return!
Disliked: Not quite enough pillows - but I'm sure we could have asked for more.

Awesome

Liked: Atmosphere, location, staff, Room (awesome), Dining (food was excellent) and the bar! Looking forward to our next stay there.
Disliked: Dining menu could have a Bruschetta or Garlic bread option.
