It was a cozy, convenient...
Liked: Location was perfect. Walking distance to the Lawrence University campus and dorms, right in the middle of town. The rooms were cozy and clean. We ordered room service twice and it was always fast. We understand that they could not serve us the usual standard room service because of minimizing contact due to covid19 precaution. Hand sanitizer were readily available. The Jacuzzi looks inviting but we did not try it due to time constraints
Disliked: Some of the food was too salty (ordered through the room service). The lady at the Spa was not friendly, we decided not to explore using any of the services there. The room with the fire place was smaller than the other ones without. We shouldn't have chosen this one.

Eh, nothing special
Liked: The fireplace in the room.
Disliked: There was hair in shower and on toilet, there was a wire attached to a wine key with a note that I found rude, the water wouldn?t stay consistent in the shower. Received snotty answer when asked to upgrade.

Liked: Beautiful, clean & comfortable rooms and the staff is so ready to make your stay exactly what you want it to be.
Disliked: Beyond hotel's control but the hotel is on the city's main strip. Weekend nights in the summer are full of the sounds of teens cruising, so loud stereos, whining exhaust systems and lots of fun. If you are looking to tuck in early, you may be disappointed
