Nice, but the front desk...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The woman who checked us in and told us we didn’t have a reservation. I had to find me reservations and because checked in online she didn’t bother to look where people had bothered to check in already. She told us they were fully booked and we would have to find another hotel.

Liked: Very nice rooms, comfortable bed and bedding, nice bathroom, very clean.
Disliked: No real breakfast served.

Very convenient and professional!

Liked: Right downtown. Very classy, nice room and facilities. Had a DELICIOUS dinner in their restaurant. The staff was so professional. We also used the fitness room which was perfect.
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: The staff was very kind to us, very effectively helping us, the room was good, the whirlpool and the gym were well equipped
Disliked: got a room on the 1st floor, street level, with folks passing by our window

Liked: The property and the staff were great.The street outside our window was louder than I would have expected being three floors up. I wasn't aware that downtown Appleton was such a busy area late at night.

We definitely will book another...

Liked: Location of the hotel was perfect for traveling on foot. Our room was very clean and beds comfortable. The front desk staff was exceptional, ready to help in any way needed, very friendly and informative about the area.
Disliked: The room was just a bit small, could have used a bit more space for two people using it.
