Liked: Convenient location on the edge of town felt safe, yet close to services and the interstate.
Disliked: The pool hours are 10 am to 10 pm, I really wanted a morning swim before leaving but had to hit the road before the pool opened.

The hotel failed to right...

Liked: There was a barking dog that barked without ceasing.We called the desk twice. I was to!d there was nothing they could do about the situation. I was offered a different room which I refused, explaining I was not going to change rooms as I did not create the problem. I was further told we were on a "pet wing". I asked why they would no pet owners on that wing. I was told quiet hours did not begin until 10:00 pm and nothing could be done about the situation.
Disliked: The first thing I would ask is that people traveling without pets not be put in the section of the hotel with people traveling with their pets. Number two, I found it unbelievable that the burden of this situation was put on the customer. Thirdly, this clerk demanded I treat her with respect. I was respectful, but I disagreed with her and the practice the hotel used in this situation. To disagree does not make you disrespectful. Suffice it to say we will never stay at the Copper King again. It us a shame as it is a very nice facility.
