Amazing location and great staff.

Liked: Excellent location and very easy to get to and from airport on the Logan Express. Staff were really helpful and always on hand when needed - notably fantastic customer service compared to other places. Rooms super clean.
Disliked: There is free coffee available on the ground floor but would have liked this to be available in the room. Gym is also available but is really small and not much in it. Had to ask for shower gel to be replenished. Issue with air-conditioning in room which was resolved by a fan being brought into the room.

Disliked: Very expensive for what is on the offer. There is no hotel parking available and there is an extra $65/day charge for the parking. This is not visible unless you click on the facilities to expand.

Liked: Close to Back Bay station. Lots of the city sites within walking distance. Staff were very helpful and wanting to sort out things that did nit go so well.
Disliked: Hotel need to make sure all facilities in the blurb are available.

Liked: The staff were great at recommending places to go to, where to eat, etc. The location was just perfect to go for walks and get to work and sites.
Disliked: It was all ok, though the wifi could be improved a bit some times.
